We are located in the Berwick 3806, approx 45 minutes from Melbourne CBD
How far in advanced should I order ?
We suggest getting in contact as soon as possible. Around 1 months notice for all orders is best. However any last minute orders will be subject to availability.
Do you offer delivery ?
Yes, we certainly do ! A delivery fee will apply, Costs will be decided based on distance, also the day & time required.
Can I pick up my order ?
Of course, here at Bites by abbs pick up is available for all orders from our HQ located in Berwick. All collection date & times will be confirmed when ordering. All details regarding pick up will be discussed through email once order is confirmed
How do I pay ?
To secure your booking, For orders below $100 full payment is required at time of booking, for orders over, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required with the remainder due 7 days from your pick up or delivery date. All relevant payment information will be sent to you once order is confirmed
Do you offer gluten free or dairy free ?
Unfortunately I don’t offer any gluten or dairy free products
How do I transport my cake safely ?
The safest place for your cake is on the floor either in front or behind of the passenger seat, (Do not place the cake on any seat as you will risk ruining your order), the boot is next best option. Please make sure the air conditioning is on, on the warmer days.
How do I store my cake & cupcakes safely ?
All cakes and cupcakes should be kept in the fridge until 1 - 2 hours before serving, as our cakes are best served at room temp. If displaying your cake please keep it out of the direct sunlight. Any leftovers can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
How long do your sugar cookies last for ?
Our sugar cookies are best consumed within 2 weeks if kept in an airtight container in a cool dry place. With all orders we offer cookies to come in heat sealed bags, if this is an option you go with cookies will last up to 3-4 months in the bags if stored in a cool dry place out of direct sun light.
