Our studio is open Wednesday - Friday 9am -4pm, and Saturday 9am - 11am. Customers are welcome to come in and discuss orders between those times.

We recommend submitting an enquiry at least 3 to 5 months in advance to secure your preferred date.

The cut off time for our online store items is 5 days notice unless already fully booked. The date selection option will show all available pick up/delivery times. For any custom order please allow at least 3 weeks minimum notice is best. We will do our best to cater to any last minute requests. 

Our current delivery radius is 50km from our studio in Beaconsfield, VIC. Delivery fees apply and will be based on distance from studio 

Of course! Cake collections are available for our studio in Beaconsfield, VIC. When ordering select 'store pick up' and select the date/time that works for you. 

To secure your booking, For orders below $100 full payment is required at time of booking, for orders over, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required with the remainder due 7 days from your pick up or delivery date. All relevant payment information will be sent to you once order is confirmed

Unfortunately, at this current time we don’t cater to gluten, dairy, egg or vegan options.

If you have a nut allergy, please specify in the check out notes so we are aware. Please note we do use nut products within our studio for certain items.

Your cake is safest for transport on the floor of your car. This means the passenger seat footwell , behind the passenger seat or in the boot. For small cakes you may have a passenger hold the order. In warmer months we recommend having the aircon directed on the cake at all times when transporting

Do not place cake boxes on the car seat as the seat are uneven and you rick your order being damaged 

All cakes and cupcakes should be kept in the fridge until 1 - 2 hours before serving, as our cakes are best served at room temp. If displaying your cake please keep it out of the direct sunlight. Any leftovers can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Our sugar cookies are best consumed within 2 weeks if kept in an airtight container in a cool dry place.

With all orders we offer cookies to come in heat sealed bags, if this is an option you go with cookies will last up to 3-4 months in the bags if stored in a cool dry place out of direct sun light.
